COPY USER MAILBOX FROM PDC TO BDC AND SYNC TOGETHER
HI..
I HAVE 2 SERVERS (PDC,BDC). I INSTALLED EXCHANGE 2003 ON PDC ONE YEARS AGO, AND TODAY I INSTALLED EXCHANGE 2003 ON BDC.
1-HOW CAN I COPY MAILBOX ON PDC TO BDC?(I WANT KEEP EXCHANGE AND MAILBOX ON PDC)
2-HOW CAN I SYNCHRONIZE THEASE 2 SERVER FOR EXCHANGE MAILBOX?
I WANT PLAN THAT , WHEN PDC SERVER FAILED, BDC SERVER WORK SAME PDC (EXCHANGE MAILBOX).
I KNOW THAT BDC IS MIRROR OF PDC ON ACTIVE DIRECTORY, BUT I WANT EXPAND IT FOR EXCHANGE
3- HOW CAN I DO THIS?

Native in Exchange 2003 there is no way to simonize
mailboxes. A cluster is the usual method to provide redundancy. You would need
to look at Exchange 2007 provides better methods for moving data from one
server to another.

I agree with Andrew. Only Exchange 2007 can meet your requirement.
