Exchange 2013 CU6, Outlook 2013

Recently I'm facing issue which CAS memory utilization has been increasing gradually.

Rebooting CAS server makes memory utilization around 30% once, but a couple of weeks pass by, it becomes near 90%.

I just want to find the cause of root regarding the memory leak.  any way to investigate and solution?

Yes exactly CU6 is old... It seems Active Sync, next is RPC.

Ok, so in addition to upgrading, it sounds as if IIS is the issue. Perhaps you have some misbehaving Active Sync clients:
