Exchange 2013 CU6, Outlook 2013

Recently I'm facing issue which CAS memory utilization has been increasing gradually.

Rebooting CAS server makes memory utilization around 30% once, but a couple of weeks pass by, it becomes near 90%.

I just want to find the cause of root regarding the memory leak.  any way to investigate and solution?

Well, CU6 is rather old, so at a minimum I would upgrade to the latest CU9.

What process is taking all the memory?

Yes exactly CU6 is old... It seems Active Sync, next is RPC.
