Check out http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123735(EXCHG.80).aspx it seems to me as if not all the required parameters are used and / or the given domaincontroller can not be contacted / resolved corectly.

Clarify: Unable to install CAS/HT server, right? Troubleshooting: 1. Based on your error, please check user's MSExchHomeServerName attribute, if it has been set improperly, similar error will occur a. Launch ADSIEditor <Start->Run->adsiedit.msc> b. Expand Domain->locate a user->right-click it and choose Properties c. Check MSExchHomeServerName attribute Correct format: /o=<Org Name>/ou=<Administrative Group Name>/cn=Configuration/cn=Servers/cn=<Server Name> 2. Please describe your current environment, only a MBX server? Is there any other applications have been installed on the any other servers besides those system required applications?

1. I checked user's MSExchHomeServerName attribute:All user attribute are MSExch2003 server name with correct format. 2. Now, MsExch2003 server works correctly in the domain. The Exch2007 system contains 4 servers. 2 server are MBX role in CCR. 2 server are CAS/HUB role with NLB. Servers are dedicated on the Exch2007 roles. I didn't install any other application on the servers.I tried the next power shell cmdlet:New-OabVirtualDirectory -InternalUrl http:\\<server FQDN>The Offline Address Book Virtual Directory is created correctly. But the installation has failed:Server "<server FQDN> alredy has an offline address book (OAB) virtual directory "<servername>/OAB (Default Web Site". Each server can only have one OAB virtual directory. Remove the existing virtual directory using Remove-OABVirtualDirectory, and then try again.
