One of our customers is using BCM2010 with Office/Outlook 2010.
When someone adds an e-mail to a project, Business Contact Manager sometimes shows a Business Activity instead of the e-mail Message. This results in a plain text message without the attachments.
If we give the user full rights on the mailbox. This issue doesn't occur.
Of course this is not a sollution.
Any thoughts on this?
