Business Contact Manager - cloning or converting a customized record type into the default "Account" or "Business Contact"
IN BCM for Outlook 2010, I created a highly customized "Entity" record type that has lots of user defined fields and such. In hindsight,
I should have just customized the default "Account" instead creating a new record type. Now it is confusing for some that they should not make entries as "Accounts" but should use "Entity" instead. Since I cannot delete
the default "Account" as a record type, how can I convert my "Entity" record type - with all its awesomeness - into the "Account" record type (short of doing all the work over again)? I played with export/import, but
that just brings the customized record type over into a new database without dropping those customizations into the default "Account" records type. Thanks.
