Bulk export of calendars & contacts to HTML pages
With Exchange 2007/2010 it's pretty easy to export users' calendars and contacts folders to PST files. I'm looking to make a batch process that exports each user's contacts into an HTML page (or even just text file) and makes an HTML calendar of the current month's calendar info. The process would then email the HTML pages to the user. I figure that this would be useful for DR scenarios as we already have Exchange Hosted Archiving. EHA doesn't include calendars or contacts, so this would make a human-readable listing in case of some massive problem. Has anybody ever run across getting exported calendars and contacts into HTML? PSTs are easy, but I really don't want to use Outlook for the conversion.

Hi Glenn, I don't think you can do that with native & simple Powershell cmdlets. Maybe you can go to Exchange Development forum to ask for some complicated script(hope it will be met you needs.) http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvrdevelopment/threadsFrank Wang
