Booking a Resource in OWA (Outlook 2007 on Exchange 2007)
.When adding a room to a meeting invite, it switches the date back to the current date. So if you make a meeting for August 27 and then add a room to the meeting it switches the room search to today’s date. Can this be solved?

Hi sschmitz89, From you description, I understand that you would like to add a room to a meeting invite in OWA, however, the current date was applied to the invitation instead of the specific requested date. If I have some misunderstanding, Please let me know. You can troubleshoot the issue refer to the following steps: 1. Click the meeting invite under Calendar tab. 2. Click Resources, then the address book page appears. 3. Click All rooms, locate the room which want to choose, then you will be able to modify the date in the right pane to your desired date.
