Block Incoming email address
I have set up rules on each workstations to delete a particular email address and forward it to my boss on every workstation. We run a mixture of 80% Outlook 2003 and 20% Outlook 2000. The rules are working in Outlook 2003 but not the 2000. Question that I have is there a way I can set the rule on the Exchange Server 2003 to do the same thing. To make a long story short of why this must be done is that we had a disgruntled ex-employee trying to contact some people in the office and the boss does not want them to get any emails from this person. Thanks, Jayson

Hi there, I'm not an exchange guru by any stretch of the imagination but could you not use Sender Filtering in Exchange 2003? (Right click Message Delivery in systems Manager and go to Sender Filtering) Wouldn't get forwarded to the boss though. But would prevent them from reaching the staff. Dave

Hi Dave, Thanks for your reply. We actually have a Mail Relay Server outside the office and I placed the filter there to quarantine the email there. I thought about the Sender Filtering as well but my boss would really like to have the email forwarded to him though. Thanks, Jayson
