Blank Emails
Hi, I have just started to encounter a problem with some of our Outlook 2003 clients. Sometimes when a user sends an email it end up at the recipient blank. E.g. User1 writes and sends an email to User2, User3 and User4. User2 can read the email fine, Users 3 & 4 it comes through blank. All clients are running SP2. I know there is SP3 out and I am going to try and roll that out but at the moment I have an error with WSUS. It also happens when we send to clients, some can read it some can't. When you view the message in the sent items box it can be read. What can be causing this? Regards Craig

I'm having a similar issue. Several external recipients are complaining that messages i send are blank. Appears to be HTML messages only. They are finewhen I reopen from the Sent Items folder, and I can send test messages all day long to my external yahoo and gmail accounts without any issues or message mangle. It's a brand-new Exchange2007 environment w/SP1. We are pilot testing.
