Sender from outlook 2013 sending me email with attachment.but I am receiving as Blank Email,

Do you mean the email body is blank or the attachment is missing?

Which type of email account are you using? IMAP, POP3 or Exchange?

Does this issue happen with all senders sending emails using Outlook 2013 or just a certain one? If it's the latter, does this issue happen with all emails from the sender?

Is the email showing blank if we check it from webmail interface? If this issue only happens in Outlook client, please first check if you antivirus software has integrated itself with Outlook. In this case, the antivirus may scan your outgoing and incoming emails which may cause such an issue. See a similar issue discussed in the Kb article below:

If the email shows correctly in webmail, please try forwarding the email to yourself from webmail and then check if this issue persists in Outlook.
