Blackbaud NetCommunity delivery status notifications are empty/blank
My organization uses NetCommunity for fundraising. When our fundraising department sends e-mail to addresses in the NetCommunity database, they often receive delivery status notifications as attachments for messages that could not be delivered. Since we migrated to Exchange 2007, those attachments have been present but empty; the headers and the bodies are blank. I am pointing my finger at NetCommunity; Blackbaud is pointing its finger at Exchange. Has anyone else seen this behavior from Exchange before in any context?
