Better ways to manage and deliver contacts to users?
Hi all, We have SBS2003 R1 and Exchange 2003 working well in our company as it has for many years now. In regards to delivery contacts, the current method is to put seperate company-grouped contact folders in the Public Folders section, then allow users to drag the ones they need into Favourites, and turn on "Outlook Address Book" feature. This is all very long winded and relies on the users being happy with the procedure and knowing what they are doing. Otherwise its me who has to deal with it and i'm the only IT guy here. So, whats the best way to deliver contacts to Outlook users? So i can set the permissions efficiently for different contact groups and make them instantly available in certain users Address Books (New Mail>To Button>"Show Names From The:" drop down box>Big Box Ltd.). Is there any way to manage this efficiently? Its very tiring at the moment and very laborious. Cheers. Chris.
