Backup Log files

Hello. I am having a bit of an issue. Our log files are not truncating after a successful backup. We are using Netbackup 7.6.0.4 and exchange 2013 environment. I get the error

Failed to notify source server '' about the local truncation point. Hresult: 0xc8000713

It happens to all the databases. For some reason I can't get redirected to email support so I thought I would come here and ask to see if anyone had any ideas.

Have you opened a case with Symantic?

It is in Windows. I opened a case with Symantec and the backups actually complete fine. The logs just never truncate. They said it is a Microsoft issue.

Try to simulate a backup using VSS: http://i-evgeny.blogspot.ru/2014/05/how-quickly-free-up-disk-space-with.html

Hi,

According to your description, I notice that success backup by Netbackup, however the transaction log isnt be truncated.
If I misunderstand your concern, please do not hesitate to let me know.

I want to double confirm whether you deploy DAG in your environment, and how about run Windows Server Backup to backup Exchange, please refer to:
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd876854%28v=exchg.150%29.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396

Basis on the error message, I find an similar thread about this, for your reference:

skipsters suggestion: I uninstalled WSB from the server, then msconfig and disabled the netbackup services, then restarted replication service. After doing this i can see the exchange writer
