Dear all, The user (aaa@ppp.com) has the right to use another email (bbb@ppp.com) to send the email from his account. all the receipients are BCC. when I use bbb@ppp.com to search in "message tracking" and "C:\inetpub\logs\LogFiles\W3SVC1". But I can not found any log for bbb@ppp.com when I use receipient email to search in "message tracking" and "C:\inetpub\logs\LogFiles\W3SVC1". I also can not found any log for bbb@ppp.com I don't know why? thank you john

Can you use message tracking log to trace other messages? 2.Which server do you run this cmd? How many servers do you have? You should run this cmdlet on hub and mailbox that the message pass through, if your server role is splited. 3.
