Hi,

We are using outlook 2013 as a POP account for our official email communication.We are using Google account Gmail as an email server.All the email account are configured in outlook 2013 as a POP account.

Is there any tool available to download all the Inbox,sent,contacts to synchronise the POP account.

Since the laptop is having an issue,we are not able to use the outlook 2013.We are accessing our email through gmail.

Once the laptop is ready,we want to download the emails in POP account for Inbox & Sent items.

Please let me know is there any tool available to synchronise the POP account for downloading the emails during the issue of laptop for 10 days.

POP3 can only download from the main mailbox folder which is the Inbox folder.

To download items stored in other folders in the online mailbox via POP3, you'll need to move them to the Inbox folder.

Another way to go would be to (temporarily) configure the mailbox as an IMAP account.

Thanks for your prompt response.I understand that POP is used to download only the Incoming mails.IMAP has the option of synchronization both the Incoming,sent emails etc.
