Availability Service Exchange 2007
Is it possible to control how much information the Availability Service makes available. For instance can I configure this service to only show blocked time and not what is happening during those times. Our director wants people to be able to schedule meetings but not see what other people are doing during their "busy" time.

That is set by the individual client under the calendar permissions tab in Outlook and/or setting a specific appt as private.

Alsogranularityof information sharing depends on the outlook client version in yourenvironmentwhere with outlook 2007 end user can share calendar information like "Free/busy time", "Free/busy time, subject, Location" and "Full Details"...Amit Tank | MVP Exchange Server | MCITP: EMA | MCSA: M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
