How do i make my resource mailboxes to automatically declain / reject a booking that is marked private?

We have Exchange 2010 / Outlook 2010,

We dont use OWA.

If it's not possible, how do I make the meeting holders name visible?

For the first question, since the resource mailbox is actually on Exchange, I think you can post the question in the Exchange forum:

For the second question, "how do I make the meeting holders name visible?" Would you please provide more about this scenario? If I can get the reproduce steps I can try to dig this issue further.
