Which version of Exchange do you use? Here is an example of Exchange 2003... Adding Events to Multiple Mailboxes using Exmerge http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Adding-Events-Multiple-Mailboxes-Exmerge.htmlAmit Tank | MVP Exchange Server | MCITP: EMA | MCSA: M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

Hi Homer, If you have Exchange 2007, you could perform following method: 1. Create a new mailbox and create required appointments in calendar folder in the new mailbox. 2. Please export the mailbox to a pst file (Export-mailbox). 3. Import the pst file to all the students which you would like to enter recurring appointments (import-mailbox) For Exchange 2003, I agree with Amit, you need to use Exmerge tool to import PST file to student mailboxes. In addition, as Exmerge tool exports and imports PST files by using the Alias field which typically would match the usernames. Therefore, you need to refer to the article provided by Amit to duplicate the PST file. Thanks for the reply. I don't know if that will work either. While it may work....I can't see us creating thousands of mailboxes with schedule information, exporting, and importing. We'd like to be able to manage individual calendars...ex...student A changes classes, we can automatically delete old calendar information and add their new calendar information. Add on mass and make changes as needed. Sumatra looks like they make some tools, not sure exactly how their interface works.
