I am running Exchange Server 2003 and due to some problems and user issues, I have been disabling outgoing mail at night and then re-enabling it in the morning when I get back into work. It works well, as the Queue holds all the mail that is sent when it is disabled and I just need to push the Enable button and off they go. My questions is...Is there a way to set up Exchange so that I can set it to disable at 7 at night and then enable at 7 in the morning without me having to physically push the button. Thanks.

Since I don't know exactly how you have your Exchange 2003 organization configured I will assume you are using an SMTP connector to deliver email to the internet. You can schedule delivery times by going to the properties of that connector and under the Delivery Options tab setting a schedule for when mail is sent through this connector.Exchange & Powershell Geek MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator 2010
