Automatic replies font

Hi there,

Were having a problem with fonts in automatic replies in our exchange 2010/Outlook 2013 environment.

We use Calibri light as a default font in the firm, and need to use this for our automatic replies. Weve been able to set the font via our login script everywhere except for the auto replies. Its possible to change it from the default, Segoe UI, however when set to Calibri light, it reverts back, seemingly at random. When our users set their auto reply, the font theyve changed to is usually preserved, they can edit the existing text and alls well. However, if they delete all the text, there can sometimes still be a line of text formatted in Segoe UI left over from the original. We can work around that issue, however if you change either the internal, or external message, the dialogue box will prompt you to alter it for the other, in doing this the whole of the message block will revert back to Segoe UI. If applied, the Segoe UI font applies, if its cancelled, itll revert back to the Calibri light font.

Is this a known issue, and if so, is there a way around it?
