Automatic Message
Hi All, Is there a way to send an automatic message when a new mail is received ? I tried issuing a rule from outlook. It does work but the client must be opened in order to send the message. Out of the Office can be a solution...BUT......the subject of the send message starts with "Out of the office : MY SUBJECT" . Any help will be appreciated. Regards.

ok, you're half way there. open exchange system manager expand global settings right click on internet message format click theadvanced tab select the allow automatic replies tab. exchange prevents this type of traffic to the internet by default.
