Is this pure Exchange 2007 environment or Small Business Server 2008? Does it work from the outside for domain users. What kind of certificate do you have, single name entry or SAN? Is this a self-signed or 3-party certificate? MCTS: Messaging | MCSE: S+M

Hi Parveen, I would suggest you to please, check the functionality of the autodiscover from outside of your corporate network. 1. Open this link any of your Users pc who is having problem https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/ 2. select Microsoft Office Outlook Connectivity Tests and select Outlook Autodiscover enter 3. fill all the necessary detail let us know how it goes, & then you copy the logs from the url & paste the logs here. accourdingly - i can suggest you what could be the possiblities. Hello It’s hard coded by Outlook that it will use the following four methods to access the autodiscover service, by order: 1. Access AD to get the autodiscover scp. 2. Use DNS like: autodiscover.emailsuffix 3. Local XML 4. SRV record For non-domain enjoyed clients, Outlook never access the autodiscover url via SCP and it will directly jump to the second method “DNS lookup”. Since autodiscover requires SSL, you need to make sure the “autodiscover.emailsuffix ” is included in the certificate which is enabled for IIS service. Thanks, Simon
