We have windows 2008 R2 that is our Terminal server/Citrix server and outlook 2010 when we test autodiscover from that server it fails. From other workstations and non 2008 r2 server it works fine. Any ideas what this could be. We are on Excahnge 2007

Hi, Is any proxy setting configured on the Terminal server? Please press Ctrl+right click Outlook icon in system tray, select the Test E-mail AutoConfiguration, input the password and uncheck both of Guessmart options, click Test button, what the result do you get under Log Tab.
