Autodiscover Outlook 2010 Succeeds but no OOF or Free/Busy

Office 2010 64-bit, Windows 7 Pro 64-bit

We have been battling this over the last 2 days. We have a hosted Exchange account with Rackspace. We are mixed Office 2013/2010. This issue only seems to be affecting Office 2010. We cannot see free/busy from Shared calendars nor can we use the Out of Office Assistant

Here is what we have done;

1. Verified that our autodiscover record is setup correctly in our internal DNS (should since Outlook 2013 clients work fine)

2. nslookup autodiscover.emailsrvr.com

-resolves the correct IP

3. Cleared auto-complete list

4. Toggled cached mode on and off

5. Deleted profile and re-created it (autodiscovery did not work well here either; had to download the install assistant from Rackspace)

6. Left and re-joined local domain

7. Ran through registry keys in the Office14/Outlook/autodiscovery location to ensure nothing looks out of the ordinary

8. Uninstalled all Office updates for the last couple days

9. Ran the "Test E-Mail autoconfiguration" which succeeds

Not sure what else may be wrong, but I am running out ideas.

Hi Jay,

Does this issue occur on all Outlook 2010 client?

Please also try to logon EWS URL manualy in IE. EWS URL like https://mail.domain.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx

If there is nothing abnormal, please try to re-build EWS Virtual Directory for testing.

Thanks
