Hello,
Is it an internal Outlook client or Outlook Anywhere client?
If it is an internal client, please access the SCP url for autodiscover via IE and check the error code.
If it is an Outlook Anywhere client, please access
https://autodisicover.domian.com/autodisicover/autodisicover.xml
For more detailed error codes, you can also check IIS log on CAS server.
Thanks,
Simon

Hi there,
Can you please try going to
https://mail.domain.gr/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml and provide test user credentials and see what you get back?
Please also reset the the URL for the autodiscover site :
Set-ClientAccessServer Identity INTERNAL CAS SERVER NAME AutoDiscoverServiceInternalUri https://mail.domain.gr/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml
If this still doesn't work, you may have to recreate the autodiscover virtual directory altogether:
Remove-AutodiscoverVirtualDirectory -Identity "casserver\Autodiscover (Default Web Site)"
Restart IIS and recreate:
New-AutodiscoverVirtualDirectory
Also do you have any issues with the .NET framework? It may be worth repairing this prior to the above steps?
