Auto forwarding Calendar appointments within Exchange
We have an ex-employee account that has been deleted for 5 years Melissa. Unfornationately she keeps on showing up randomly within Outlook clients. Currently if send a calendar appointment to john@...... you will recieve a bounce back saying that melissa@.... is not avaiable. Even though you didnt send an email to Melissa@.... I have check Johns properties under Exchange Server Melissa is not where to be found. Recently to stop our customer from getting a bounce back I recreated Melissa and now their are no bounce backs but she is showing up in the calendar invitees. Even though she was never invited. This same Melissa account randomly shows up on employees...She just started showing up on John and he is a higher up position so it has more of a demand to get fixed. I dont know what else to check. Any help would be appreciated.

This happens if the user (Melissa) was not removed from John's delegate list before she left the company. Try checking John's delegates list - if the list is empty, add a random user, uncheck 'forward meetting to delegates' and remove the newly added user. Alternatively, if you are comfortable with MFCMAPI, you should be able to find/remove the user from the delegates list. Jinesh
