I am after some advice.

I have a number of rules set up within outlook to filter / move received messages around, this works fine.

However, I want to now forward all messages that have made it through to my inbox  (those which have not been caught by my various rules and moved to other folders ) to another email address.

I am using Office Pro Plus 2010.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

We can create a rule to forward all messages that are in your Inbox:

When creating the rule, select "Apply rule on messages I receive".

Don't select any condition, thus the rule will apply to all messages you receive.

Choose "forward it to people or public group" as the action, type in another email address you use.

Select some exceptions if necessary.

Then select "Run this rule now on messages already in 'Sent Items'", "Turn on this rule", click Finish.

Then the rule will run and it may take some time to forward all items in your Inbox.
