We have long list of address in Excel and we want to print those addresses using mail merge, problem is that when I import those addresses, some address gets cutdown, which are longer than normal, how can I set it so that it can auto resize to smaller font size and auto adjust.

If output is being truncated, that suggests your merge data are being output to a table cell. You may be able to get the results you want by allowing the text to wrap within the cell and not using a fixed row height, or by using the 'fit text' option.
