If this is Exchange 2003 or older, then you could create a rule in Outlook.If Exchange 2007/2010, you could create a transport rule.Note that auto-replies are generally a bad idea as they can lead to mail loops or get your org on blocklists responding to spoofed emails.

Try searching the Net for application vendors. I recommend using the keywords "Auto-responder" or "Auto-response".
