Auto Reply in Exchange 2003

Hi,
I want to set auto reply on exchange server. Reason is complay name & email ids are chanaged.. just to update all.. idea is whenever any mail hit to sever it will auto reply to sender saying company name changed from ABC to XYZ and email from xxx.com
to yyy.com..

Kindly suggest ...

Exch 2003 can;t really do what you're looking for intelligently. You can create Outlook rules however this would mean each user will have to do this, possibility of a mail loop, you can create exceptions but doesn't always help.
I'd ask users to change their mail signature, inform users, create the new SMTP recipient policy and set as primary and allow users to still accept on both, however, outgoing will be the new SMTP which users would see.Sukh
