Hello IT Guru'sI have been getting strange probelm during the last 2 days. We have Exchange 2007 and my outlook was configured with Exchange client and POP3 same same domain - so whats happing is that when any new email i recevied it first goes to my default exchange email and once i read then the email automatically moves to POP3 account in my Outlook.I have checked Outlook and plugin same no changes have been found ..So would you kindly assist me what could be strange problem ? why the emails are moving to POP3 account automatcally ?POP3 Detailsmail.abc.comExchange Details in my Outlookexchangename.domain name.comThanks

Hi, What's the profile type of your Exchange account? Pop3/imap4 or Exchange mode? I suggest you disable all rules in Outlook and test the issue. If the issue persists, I suggest you create a new profile to check the issue. Thanks for your email - well as i mention that i have tested all the rules and the user is using POP3 and Exchange mode .. What is the other option rather than testing the setting on other machine >?Kindly assitThanks
