Auto Bcc in Outlook/Exchange calendaring
Good Morning, I hope I can explain my problem properly. I just picked up a client who has an exchange 2003 server and 5 users running Outlook 2003. Their previous IT had somehow set things up that when employee 1 sent a calendar request to employee 2, or even to an outside recipient, employee 3 was Bcc'd automatically. Problem: Employee 3 is no longer with the organization and have been removed from the Exchange server and now whenever the above happens and NDR is generated and sent back to the involved parties. I need to stop the Bcc from happening. I have looked all over the Outlook 2003 Client settings and I have looked to the best of my ability on the Exchange box but can not seem to find the config for this. Can anyone help with this please? Thanks, Jeff
