Hi All,Hopefully this is a simple one but I've not been able to find anything on the net as yet! We have just migrated from Exch 03 to 07. Our meeting rooms all have their own mailboxes which auto accept meeting requests. Since the upgrade the meeting requests are having the subject line removed and replaced with the organisers name, the body of the meeting request is also wiped clean. So when the ladies go to setup the meeting rooms they don't know what has been requested for the meeting.All meetings that are recurring and were setup when we still ran Exch 03 are fine, Subject and body remain intact, just new meeting requests.Has anyone come across this before?ThanksTroy

It seems thatDeleteSubject andAddOrganizerToSubject are enabled. Can you run Get-MailboxCalendarSettings | FL and see if those are set to true? Disable those by setting it to false so it doesn't remove subject and doesn't add organizer's name there... In Exchange 2010 this has changed from MailboxCalendarSettings to CalendarProcessing To check your settings get-CalendarProcessing -Identity "Name of Calendar" |fl To make changes set-CalendarProcessing -Identity "Name of Calendar" -AddOrganizerToSubject:$false -DeleteSubject:$false
