Auto Accept Agent
Hi there, I am facing a problem with Auto Accept Agent. This scenario is working: When a user books a room and include a few attendees, and then the administrator deletes the booking, the user gets a declined e-mail. This scenario is not working: When a user books a room and there are no attendees included, and then the administrator deletes the booking, the user does not get a declined e-mail. Has anyone faced this problem before? How was it solved? Would appreciate some answers or tips on how to troubleshoot and fix this problem. Thank you and regards Kumar

1. The user should book the conf room as a "Resource". 2. check the settings in Tools -> options -> Calendar options -> Resource scheduling.Hope this helps.

Hi there, Thanks. The room is already booked as resource. This is a very unique problem. Auto Accept Agentdoesn't send decline e-mail once when there are no attendees. Thanks and regards Kumar
