Auto Accept Agent
Hi I have AAA configured on my main exchange 2003 server, it's been working without any problems from the last year and a half and now all the sudden the resource mailboxes stopped accepting meeting requests. I added an exchange 2010 server to the environment about 3 months ago which will eventually replace the 2003 server. I have three other exchange servers on our WAN/VPN which also do AAA for their respective sites without any problems. I tried re-registering the mailboxes, adding a new resource, de-register and re-register the resource and even de-register on my server, move the mailbox to one of the other servers that's AAA does work and re-register on it but nothing works. Any idea's what could be the cause of this ? Thanks Dewalt Kotze

Hi Dewalt, You can check and editing the .xml configuration file, AutoAccept.config.xml, which is located in the install folder. The default install folder is \Exchsrvr\Agents\AutoAccept. There is attribue "EnableResponseDetails" and others too which you can check. Please find below link and see the attributes which you can check. Hi I checked the configuration file and the EnableResponseDetails is set to true. The configuration have not changed in anyway since the last time AAA worked. This is a case one day it worked and the next day it stopped. If I run MailboxStatus.vbs /f:brooms.txt i get : <Mailbox EmailAddress="boardroom@pdna.co.za"> <Server>"MyserverName"</Server> <RegistrationStatus>2</RegistrationStatus> <RegistrationTime></RegistrationTime> </Mailbox> </MailboxStatus>

The problem was resolved after I rebuild the exchange server and moved all the mailboxes to the new server.
