Auto-Forward Encoding Issue
I have Exchange 2003 SP2 on SBS Premium 2003. One user has auto-forwarding to an external contact set up in AD account Delivery options, which he access via POP3 into Outlook 2003. For messages from one particular external sender, the message encoding is broken. The body of the mail is the MIME gobbledegook instead of nicely formatted HTML and a PDF attachment. Interestingly, if he veiws the mail in Outlook from his Exchange account, set up as a separate Outlook profile, the mail looks as it should. The same mail, forwarded on from the Exchange account, also looks fine. Therefore, I believe the problem lies in the auto-forwarding stage. Any ideas where I might start troubleshooting, and options to try? Many thanks
