Hi Samera2008, Wether the issue occur to all the domian-joined clients and external clients? I recommend you to check the configuration against to the following artilce: A new feature is available that enables Outlook 2007 to use DNS Service Location (SRV) records to locate the Exchange Autodiscover service http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940881 Besides, please try to use get-exchangecertificate |fl and post the output here. we need to check if the certificate name is the same as the certificate that you have installed. Hi sameera, Wether the issue occur to all the domian-joined clients and external clients? What kind of version of your exchange? Test Outlook Anywhere, since this is what you are really trying to use from outside: https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/Default.aspx The MS Exchange Team has a great article: http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2007/04/30/3402138.aspx Thanks, Jeff TechNet
