I have Office 2010 and my colleague has Office 2013 and both of us when saving a file as PDF or any other format, we do not get the option to set the author, tags or even tools, while other colleagues have those options, its really confusing, how can i enable that on office 2010 and office 2013

In the Save As dialog box, as soon as you have selected PDF for file type, you will see a button labelled Options. Click it to see more options for PDF creation in Word.
