Scenario : user A(organizer) send meeting invitation to userB(attendant) and UserC(attendant) at Executive Meeting Room.

UserD(moderator) as moderator Executive Meeting Room decline meeting request at his room.

UserB and UserC still can accept meeting invitation whereas UserD has been decline meeting request.

My question why userB and UserC can accept meeting when  userD(moderator) decline meeting on his room ?

How booking delegate resources mailbox works ?

thank you for your reply.

a few days ago i tried to create meeting invitation when moderator/approval not yet received another attendant cant accept meeting invitation because option "accept/tentative/decline" does not appear in his outlook and after moderator/approval accept booking request,option "accept/tentative/decline" appear than attendant can accept meeting. but now its not work.

any idea ?
