Attaching documents to email after upgrading to Windows 10

Hi,

What kind of staff portal do you use to open the email? Would you please provide a screenshot to us so that we can understand it more clearly? You can share the screenshot to us via sending it to GBSD TN Office Information Collection ibsofc@microsoft.com. (Please fill the email subject with the thread URL for easy follow-up)

Since this forum is for general questions and feedback related to Outlook, if you don't use Outlook as the mail client, I'd recommend you contact the support for your mail client for further assistance. if this issue is related to Microsoft Outlook, we will follow up on it as soon as we get more detailed information.

I access my work email via a staff portal, so don't open the email directly through outlook. Now that I have upgraded to Windows 10, it doesn't respond at all if I click the paper clip to attach documents. The fixes I have seen rely on opening the email directly. Please help.
