What kind of staff portal do you use to open the email? Would you please provide a screenshot to us so that we can understand it more clearly? Since this forum is for general questions and feedback related to Outlook, if you don't use Outlook as the mail client, I'd recommend you contact the support for your mail client for further assistance. if this issue is related to Microsoft Outlook, we will follow up on it as soon as we get more detailed information.
