Hi I know that this might not be the correct forum :-) Some of our users have bought iPad's and they are configured with our company mail (Exchange 2007). When a user forwards a mail with an attach PDF file, the attached file is not shown in Outlook 2007 but if the user uses Outlook Web Access the file is shown. I have done some testing.... and found out that when reading a mail with an attached PDF file on the iPad there are two scenarios. The first is, that the iPad shows the content of the PDF file without user input. The second is, that the iPad only shows an icon refering to the PDF file. If the users forwards a mail with the first scenario the attached PDF file is not shown in Outlook 2007, only OWA. If it's the second scenario the PDF file is shown both in Outlook and OWA. Hi Lasse, As you can see the file via OWA, it may not problem on the Exchange Server. For this issue, I suggest you attempt this method to troubleshoot the problem: Send the same email to some others who are using Outlook 2007(make sure use the first scenario). If the others also cannot see the attach file, the problem in this case may be caused by malformed. The content type of the email is not correct.
