Archive Policy Limits
Hi guys, I want to set a policy archiving at my Exchange 2010 so I don't have to enable one by one at my users, can I do that by making a policy, because I can't find the limit size at the Database Management.

Just to clarify your question...you are wanting to use the built-in Archive mailboxes with Exchange 2010 and trying to find a way to enable a policy for everyone? If this is wrong, please clarify your question. You would need to create a retention policy that move items to the archive. Then you would apply the retention policy to mailboxes. I'm about to exceed my file allowance in Outlook. I've been advised to setup a local PST file and archive all old email in there. Get Slim Acai
