Appointment Times are Different between Office 365 and Outlook 2013 desktop

I run two calendars for two different operations.  The first runs on Office 365, web based, and the second on desktop Outlook 2013/Office 365.  Both applications are set to the same time zone (UST -5).  The first is reflected on the second under "Other Calendars".

The first is shared to the second, but the scheduled times for events or appointments are reflected at incorrect times.  For instance, the scheduled event time on the first is actually 6 pm.  When it shows up on the second calendar, it's on at 2 pm, four hours ahead of schedule.  And when I create an appointment on the second and share the appointment to the first account, accept the appointment for placement on the second, it reflects on the first account eight hours ahead of the scheduled, intended time.

What do I have to do to fix this crazy thing??

Thanks!

Hi,

Please logon the second account's OWA, check the shared calendar from the first account, are these events at the correct times? You may also need to make sure the time zone on OWA is also configured as the same as it is on the Outlook client.

Please also let me know whether the Outlook clients are working in Cached Exchange Mode or Online Mode. If they are working in Cached Exchange mode, please switch to Online Mode and check if the problem persists. If the problem doesn't exists in Online Mode, maybe it's caused by the corrupted local cache, remove the calendar and add it again to check the result.
