Appointment Reminder Emails

Hello,

We are using Office 365 Exchange Online with Office Pro Plus (2013) subscriptions on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit clients.

Is there a way to setup Outlook to send yourself calendar appointment reminders via email in addition to the reminder popups?
