Appointment / Meeting Coming From Wrong Organizer
I have an exec and a secretary. The secretary sets up a meeting in outlook using a shared calendar of the execs. All appears correct in outlook for both users, but on blackberry device, the organizer is a random person from our directory. Any ideas? Our version of exchange is 2003.

I bit more background information: Both the user inputing the meeting as well as the organizer are using outlook 2003. And as stated the Exchange server is 2003. Shows up correctly on the blackberry initially, but when the user restarts the blackberry, it comes up with the random users name as the organizer. I am stumped as to where / why this would happen.....

Hi Bildy, In addition to try it on Windows mobile, I also suggest you use OWA to have a try. If it appears correct via OWA and Windows mobile, this may be your blackberry problem, I suggest you get help from blackberry forum, here is the link of blackberry forum: http://supportforums.blackberry.com/ If all appears the same as your blackberry, please make sure the appointment has not been update by other persons. If the situation of Windows mobile is the same with your blackberry and it works normally via OWA, may be the problem is on your Exchange server( when it synchronizes with the mobile phone).
