On a clean install of WS 2012 and Exchange 2013, with Exchange CU1 applied, and all updates applied, Application Error Event ID 1000 occurs every six minutes.

There is no anti-virus or anti-malware product installed on the server. Exchange 2013 Anti-Malware is installed/enabled.

Follow-UP - I have paused the MSExchangeHM service.
