AppHangTransient event-id 1001
A client, 6 users, uses one terminal server (2008 R2) for their employees who work remotely.
One of the users has problems with Office (2010) on this server. The applications (Word/Excel & Outlook) frequently hang with the error mentioned in the title.

It was a while ago the terminal server was rebooted, so i have tried that first but it didn't solve it.
The company uses terminal server profiles, so i deleted his profile (made a backup first :-) ) and that solved it for a week or two.

I have repaired office on the terminal server after that, it didn't solve it either.

He is the only user in the company who has these problems.

There are no add-ins installed and it happens also when he starts Outlook in safe mode.

I am thinking of deleting his profile again and wait what happens in a couple a weeks but i doubt that will solve it. 
Also the option of re-installing office crossed my mind, but that doesn't make sense because he is the only users with these problems.

Any ideas?

no, in my option, it is not related to office. the particular user might do some mistaken operation with his profile.
