AppCrash when 'sent to mail recipient'.

Hi,

on one of our desktops we recieve a appcrash as soon as we use 'send mail to recipient'.
this from different applications (explorer, adobe reader) and different user account.

we use outlook 2013 from Office 365 on this windows 7 machine.

i've reinstalled outlook a couple of times already.

does anyone have a idea?

with kind regards,

Muis

Hi,

Please let the user start Outlook as administrator, try "send mail to recipient" with Outlook open to check the result again.

This issue usually occurs when the user doesn't have the permission to access some registry key settings.

I suggest you use the Process Monitor to find which access is denied, once you find it, give the permission to read it for the user.

Hi  Melon Chen,

thank you for your response,

i've run offcat and run a Fixit update.
even with administrative rights recieve a appcrash.
so it doesn't seem to be in the permissions.

is there anything els i could try ?

thank you in advance.

with kind regards,

Muis

Hi,

You can try to perform a clean boot to determine whether background programs are interfering with the action:

By the way, I still suggest you run Process Monitor to check if there is anything denied.
