I have installed OS server 2012R2 standard Edition and created a new domain call DC1-Mycompany. I have another server OS server 2012R2 and join the domain DC1-Mycompany and all the clients(10 users) join the domain as well. I Installed Exchange server 2013 Standard Edition every step install successfully till the last stage when this error pop-up. "An unsupported Operation Systems was detected. Exchange server 2013 Client Access and Mailbox Server roles support windows server 2008R2 SP1 or later windows server 2012.

Please help.

Windows Server 2012 R2 is supported only with Exchange 2013 SP1 or later.

please list which role/feature enabled on server.

Sounds like you are using a pre-SP1 install media.  Try with a newer CU such as 8:
